Mike founded TCB Consulting Group with the mission to find the best match for businesses and employees so both parties can succeed. With over 15 years of experience Mike is a hands-on leader within the organization who values relationships and conversation.
With roots in Pittsburgh, Mike resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife, three children and dog.
Carl Peterson
Chief Operating Officer
Carl joined the TCB team at its inception and came with over ten years of experience in business operations. Carl leads recruiting efforts at the organization and enjoys building relationships with those he helps place in careers throughout the US.
Carl resides in the Pittsburgh area with this wife, two children and cat.
Maximus (Max) Reynolds

Born November 2019, Max is the TCB protector. Weighing in at over 90 lbs, Max is known to make an apperance during video calls both when invited and uninvited.
