Description
A primary focus on Cisco UC Platforms, Telepresence Endpoints (SX20’s, Room Kits), Webex Meetings,
TEAMS Meetings, and integration with Microsoft O365 (TEAMS, Exchange, etc.)
Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Related Experience including Collaboration experience with Cisco
Unified Communications 10.x or higher (CUCM, Unity Express, UCCx, Presence)
Efficiency using Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Intermediate use of ServiceNow, Monitoring Applications, such as Logic Monitor, etc.
Efficiency working with other IT Teams and End Users resolving voice/video issues
Other tools managed and maintained such as SD-WAN, MPLS, DIA, DMVPN.
Procurement of hardware and software relating to the Telecommunications including Mobile devices through our existing providers (Headset vendors, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless)
Works with key Teams within the Organization as well as outside vendors for support of
Collaboration environment.
• Cisco Routing and Switching experience
VoIP Experience is a must
